What happens to my published demos if I cancel?

On Standard, your demos are hosted on HeimdallPresent and stop loading when your subscription ends. If you need to keep demos live without an active subscription, upgrade to Pro and download MP4 copies you can host anywhere.

How does the seat minimum work on Pro?

Pro starts at 3 seats (£180/mo or £1,944/yr). You can add as many additional seats as you like at the per-seat price — there’s no upper limit on team size. Standard’s 10-seat cap is the other end of the spectrum; hit that and Pro is your upgrade path.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly later?

Yes. Open the Customer Portal from your billing settings and switch cadences any time. Stripe prorates the difference automatically.

What about adding teammates mid-cycle?

Inviting a teammate beyond your purchased seat count shows you a prorated charge preview before adding the seat. Confirm and the new seat is added immediately — the next invoice goes back to your clean monthly total.

Is my data secure?

All capture is GDPR-compliant. Password fields and form inputs are automatically blurred during recording. Data is hosted in EU data centres; you can request export or deletion at any time.

Do you offer a free trial of Pro?

Free is generous enough to evaluate the product (5 seats, full editor). When you’re ready for unlimited demos or MP4 export, upgrade to Standard or Pro. Trials of paid tiers may come later if there’s demand.
